What is a Sweat Patch Drug Test?
The patch consists of an absorbent collection pad secured to the skin with a tamper-evident adhesive film. If drugs are used while the patch is worn, drug metabolites are deposited in sweat and captured within the collection pad for laboratory analysis.
Every test includes certified laboratory screening and confirmation using highly accurate LC/MS/MS technology. The patch is water-resistant and designed to remain in place during normal daily activities, including bathing and exercise.

There could be a couple of reasons. You should avoid wearing lotions in advance of the patch being applied so the skin is clean and free of oils and residues. We also recommend the overlay for individuals who do heavy workouts.
