Description
Sweat Patch Drug Test with Extended Opiate Panel
The Sweat Patch drug test with extended opiate panel tests for the 5 most common drugs of abuse (THC, cocaine, opiates, amphetamines/methamphetamines and PCP). Additionally, the extended opiate panel tests for Fentanyl, Hydrocodone, Hydromorphone, Oxycodone, and Oxymorphone. The patch is water-resistant and stays on through showers and swimming.
The new expanded opiate panel will be screened with LC/MS/MS and confirmed with LG/MS/MS, producing a very accurate and reliable test result. Cutoff levels for the four opiate drugs is 10 ng. A sweat patch overlay is available for subject’s who perform strenuous labor or live in hot, humid climates or who exercise heavily.
Continuous Monitoring for Seven Days
The sweat patch drug test with extended opiate panel is designed to be worn for seven days and consists of a collector pad held in place by a strong adhesive film. If the subject uses drugs while wearing the patch, a small portion of the drug and/or drug metabolite is excreted in the sweat and absorbed into the collector pad. The sweat patch provides continuous monitoring for the entire time the subject wears the patch.
Sweat Patch Drug Test Resists Tampering and Adulteration
None of the common methods used to defeat urine drug testing are effective with the sweat patch. Drinking fluids and ingesting cleansers have no effect on the sweat patch. High Times magazine gave the sweat patch an unintentional endorsement when it advised readers to avoid wearing the patch if possible.
Includes Laboratory GC/MS Confirmation Testing
All sweat patches are analyzed by a certified laboratory. Cut-off levels correspond to levels of detection in urine. Non-negative screening results are confirmed using the gold-standard GC/MS methodology to produce evidential-quality results. The sweat patch has a long history of successful defenses against court challenges.
