MRO Assistant Training
Our online MRO Assistant Training course is the most interactive online training course available and is approved by MROCC as a preparatory course for the MRO Team Member certification exam. This 6-hour course covers everything you need to know about DOT drug testing process and your role in assisting the MRO.
Students will receive a certificate showing course completion, which can be presented to MROCC to register to take the MRO Team Member certification exam.

Overall, this online course is probably the best around (based on my Google research). My predecessor in my current role previously was 70+ years old and did everything on paper. No previous experience, I am essentially teaching myself the MRO-A/Drug & Alcohol Coordinator role independently. This program is exactly what I have been looking for! Very grateful — especially for the price point! The quizzes are also challenging enough to make even the individual who may already be performing MRO-A functions daily at work have to at least stop and think things through before answering. You won’t regret it! The only thing I would recommend to improve is for AlcoPro to update their slides/recordings as I noticed a lot of the information is from 2016. Post-COVID, I think a makeover/update to the slides to help simplify and further increase the efficiency of this program. Thank you, AlcoPro! 🙂
