MRO Assistant Training
Our online MRO Assistant Training course is the most interactive online training course available and is approved by MROCC as a preparatory course for the MRO Team Member certification exam.
Students will receive a certificate showing course completion, which can be presented to MROCC to register to take the MRO Team Member certification exam.

Training Course Technical Requirements
To take this online course, students will need the following
- A computer, tablet or smart phone with an internet connection and speakers
- This course is best viewed using Google Chrome browser (do not use IE browser to view this course)
- Adobe PDF reader capabilities (recommended to view course documents)
- If viewing this course on a mobile device, students will need to download the free Litmos app from their mobile app store

As an MRO-A / MRO Team Member are you allowed to interview the donor on positive results or is that something the MRO can only do?

Only positive results require an MRO review. And only the MRO may conduct those interviews. The MRO-A may contact the employee to schedule interviews, but may not conduct the interview. MRO-A may report negative results to the employer.

Overall, this online course is probably the best around (based on my Google research). My predecessor in my current role previously was 70+ years old and did everything on paper. No previous experience, I am essentially teaching myself the MRO-A/Drug & Alcohol Coordinator role independently. This program is exactly what I have been looking for! Very grateful — especially for the price point! The quizzes are also challenging enough to make even the individual who may already be performing MRO-A functions daily at work have to at least stop and think things through before answering. You won’t regret it! The only thing I would recommend to improve is for AlcoPro to update their slides/recordings as I noticed a lot of the information is from 2016. Post-COVID, I think a makeover/update to the slides to help simplify and further increase the efficiency of this program. Thank you, AlcoPro! 🙂

Thank you Hailey for your insights. We have an updated course ready to go which includes updated navigation and information on the oral fluid testing. We plan to launch the revised course the first quarter of 2024 to coincide with the updates MROCC is making to their exam.

Hello Carey.
We don’t have a list of insurance providers. I would suggest starting with the agent that wrote the policy for your business. If you don’t have one, start with your personal agent and ask for a referral to an agent that specializes in commercial insurance.
