We Have Answers! What’s Your Question?
Our customers who have been on our new website may have
noticed a new feature that we call our Knowledge Base. Our Knowledge Base collects a wide assortment of information – knowledge that has been in our heads, CFR Part 40 Regulations, articles and FAQs that we have written over the 30 years we have been in business – to create a searchable database capable of answering as many of the questions we have received as possible.
One of the characteristics that sets AlcoPro apart is the information we provide – free – to our customers. Whether we are assisting a customer to choose the appropriate drug or alcohol testing device for their application, explaining how to interpret a drug test result, or citing a specific reference in CFR Part 40 (the Dept. of Transportation drug and alcohol testing regulations) to answer a customer’s question, we have always freely shared our expertise. Our Knowledge Base provides one more way for us to share our expertise with our customers.
We are continually updating our Knowledge Base with new and current information. Every time we field a customer question that is not answered in our database we add that information to our Knowledge Base. If you can’t find the answer to your question please call 800 227-9890 or email info@alcopro.com, and we will personally answer your question, as well as add the answer to our Knowledge Base.
Not sure how to search our Knowledge Base? Our Knowledge Base contains a section on “Knowledge Base Search Tips” that includes specific instructions and examples. The search tips can narrow your search results (very useful when searching the DOT regulations) or broaden your search results (useful when you are not sure which search words to use).
Our website Knowledge Base is not designed to replace your telephone calls, but to be one more resource for those customers who prefer to use web-based tools. You will still get a real, polite, friendly, and knowledgeable person when you call us during business hours (Monday – Friday, 8:00 – 5:00 EST). Please continue to call with your questions.
