Each training supply kit comes with:

• 6, DOT approved split specimen collection cups

For Online Mock Collection Training

If you are taking the online Specimen Collector or Collector Instructor course and do not have access to Federal Custody and Control Forms or DOT approved split specimen collection cups, you may opt to purchase this kit for use in your live mock training session.
