  • Should I take this course?

    If you work alongside an MRO and want to gain an in-depth understanding of the MRO process or if you want to register to take MROCC’s (Medical Review Officer Certification Council), MRO Team Member certification exam, then you should take this course.

  • Will I get a certificate when I complete the course?

    This course is recognized and approved by MROCC (Medical Review Officer Certification Council), as a preparatory course to take the MRO Team Member certification exam. Anyone who successfully completes this course will receive a certificate of completion, which they can then present to MROCC to register for the MRO Team Member certification exam.

  • Do I have to take this course all at one time?

    Our course is designed for you to learn at your own pace.  With exception to the first time you log in, all other times you will be asked if you wish to pick up where you left off.  You can answer yes, to pick up where you left off, or answer no to see your entire course listings to choose where you want to begin.  The course is also designed so that you follow the lessons in a prescribed order. This means you cannot jump ahead to other modules.  However, you can always navigate backwards to review previously taken modules.

  • Is this a video course?

    No.  This course is designed to be interactive, which means you will be interacting with elements of the content you see on-screen.  Interactive learning facilitates knowledge retention.  We also have an online forum, where you can pose questions to an instructor or to others.

  • Can I view this course on my smart phone?

    Yes.  This course can be viewed on any mobile device. However, it is best viewed using a laptop or desk computer.  To view the course on your mobile device, you will need to download the Litmos LMS app to your device.

  • What is the level of difficulty of this course?

    We have intentionally designed this course so that it is moderately difficult with unit quizzes and the final exam reflecting the same level of difficulty to what you will find if you were to take the MROCC MRO Team Member certification exam.  However, if you pay close attention to each module and take notes, you will have success in passing each unit quiz and the final exam.
