With our DOT Reasonable Suspicion Training for Supervisors, supervisors of DOT-covered employees will:

Supervisors of DOT employees who perform safety-sensitive duties are required to take the DOT Reasonable Suspicion Training for Supervisors course. Supervisors of non-DOT employees who perform safety-sensitive duties will benefit from this course, as they will learn DOT best practices for their drug and alcohol program.

Do trainees receive a certificate after completing this course?

Yes. We automatically place a personalized certificate under the “Achievements” tab located on a trainee’s course homepage.

If our supervisors cannot finish the course in a single sitting, can they take the course in stages?

Yes. We have designed the course in a manner that trainees get to learn at their own pace, and they may resume where they left off each time they log in.

Once the course is complete, will trainees be able to log in to access the course in the future?

Upon completing each course, the trainee will continue to have access to course content for up to 30 days.

May I purchase a bulk number of courses and assign them to our supervisors?

When you purchase one or more courses for multiple supervisors, you will receive an email containing a training token number. You may activate the token number on behalf of your trainees or share the token number with trainees who can use it to sign up for a specific course.

Can I sign trainees up for one or more courses and track their progress?

Our Training Teams Portal Package allows you to control which course(s) trainees may access. Team Leaders get the required permissions to enroll employees, assign courses, and track trainee progress. You may view our package pricing here.

What happens if my supervisors encounter technical difficulties accessing or navigating through the course?

All trainees have access to a Help Desk, which is available Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Eastern Time. You may access live help during regular business hours by calling 800.227.9890, sending an email to training@alcopro.com, or via the Instant Chat feature on our website.
