Yes. The course is designed for trainees to learn at their own pace and gives them the chance to resume where they left off each time they log in.

Each team leader has administrative permissions which allows them to:

• Create their team of employees
• Assign one or more available courses to their employees and send course invitation emails
• Remove employees from courses
• Track individual completion progress
• Run reports on employee enrollment and completion

With our courses, trainees have access to a Help Desk, which is available Mon-Fri, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Eastern Time. Your trainees can access live help during regular business hours at 800.227.9890 or at training@alcopro.com or through our Instant Chat feature on our site.

Upon completing each course, the trainee will continue to have access to course content for up to 30 days.

Yes. Small to mid-sized companies can choose to purchase individual courses.  Upon purchasing one or more courses for one or more employees, you will receive a training token number that can be used to sign in to view purchased course(s).
