Use quotation marks to search for a phrase to narrow search results.
For example, entering the words observed collection without using quotation marks will display results for every item that contains the word observed or collection. Results are displayed if only one of the words is present in a knowledge base item. At the time of writing this note, a search for observed collection displays 53 results.
However if the words “observed collection” are enclosed in quotation marks, the search displays only the items that contain that phrase. Only the knowledge base items that contain both words in the same order will be displayed. At the time or writing this note, a search for “observed collection” displays five results.
