What happens if my employees encounter technical difficulties or have trouble navigating through the course
With our courses, employees have access to a Help Desk, which is available Mon-Fri, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Eastern Time. Your trainees can access live help during regular business hours at 800.227.9890 or at [email protected] or through our Instant Chat feature on our site.
Once the course is complete, will employees have access to the course in the future
Once enrolled in a course, employees have 120 days to complete the assigned course. Courses can be extended or reassigned if an employee needs more time. Reach out to [email protected] if an employee needs a course extension.
We don't need to train as many employees, do you offer training solutions outside of the Training Teams Portal?
Yes. Small to mid-sized companies can choose to purchase individual courses. Upon purchasing one or more courses for one or more employees, the employee will receive an onboarding email with instructions for logging in and taking their course.
