Data Storage
The Alco-Sensor VXL Accelerator Software makes it possible to upload and store testing data from the Alco-Sensor VXL device to a computer. with a simple click of the download button. The Accelerator software maps to a series of related tables native to Alco-Sensor VXL and converts the data into an easy to understand and navigate single record. Clicking the View button allows you to open and view the data in Microsoft Excel. Once the data is in Microsoft Excel, you are able to perform familiar Microsoft functions such as search, sort, filter and report on the data.
Networking
The Alco-Sensor VXL Accelerator software will operate as a standalone system or as part of a multi-tiered network of computers running the Accelerator software. Data downloaded from multiple workstations is merged at a designated “hub” workstation into a single spreadsheet facilitating the consolidation of data. This networking relies only upon Windows file sharing capability – the availability of a network share (shared directory) common to the workstations and the designated hub.
