Alco-Sensor Restricted Mouthpiece
The Alco-Sensor Restricted Mouthpiece is for the Alco-Sensor and Alco-Sensor III device. The end of the mouthpiece where the subject’s breath exits has a smaller opening, which creates a slight noise when the subject blows through the mouthpiece. Restricted mouthpieces can assist the operator to know that the subject is blowing an adequate volume of air.
The restricted Alco-Sensor mouthpiece also fits the Intoxilyzer SD-2 and SD-5. This mouthpiece is slightly shorter and has a slightly smaller diameter than the factory original SD-2 and SD-5 mouthpiece, but gives good results when used with these devices.
