It would be very simple to update an address in the BAT database if you could edit the address in the Alco-Sensor IV @Work software. However, the software does not allow you to edit the address field in the BAT database. The work-around is to create a new BAT record with the correct address. However, you will first have to delete the old record because the @Work software will not allow you to enter a duplicate BAT name.
To add or delete records in the BAT database, at the Main Menu navigate to Databases, and then select BATs. To delete a BAT record click the box to the left of the record to highlight it, then from the Record dropdown menu at the top select Erase. To add a record, select Add from the Record dropdown menu. Dialog boxes will guide you through the data entry to add the new BAT record.
