At this time our website store is only able to process credit cards from banks in the USA. And our website store is not able at this time to calculate shipping charges for addresses outside the USA.
However, our accounting office is able to manually process credit cards from banks outside the USA, and we are able to ship to addresses outside the USA. To place an order using a credit card from a bank in a country other than the USA, please email your order information (the items you wish to order and your shipping address) to alcopro@alcopro.com or to our Customer Service Manager, shannan@alcopro.com. We will then contact you with shipping charges and to request your credit card information. You will have the option of sending your credit card information via fax, phone, or email.
