On May 25th of 2018, AlcoPro, Inc., a leading supplier of drug and alcohol testing products and training services finalized the sale of Kahntact USA, Inc., a supplier of new and pre-owned medical device and equipment to the occupational health and medical industries. Preparations to move the physical location of Kahntact USA from the greater Chicago area to Knoxville Tennessee were underway as soon as Tuesday, May 29th, with incoming customer calls being routed to the Tennessee location that same day.
“Our primary goal in this process has always been to create a seamless experience for the customer”, states AlcoPro’s President Jack Singleton. “Overall we are pleased in how the transition has occured and have been able to ensure regularly stocked items are readily available in the new warehouse space and our customer service reps are prepped and ready to assist customers.
Kahntact USA will continue to operate under the existing business name and customers of Kahntact USA will be able to conduct their business through the existing Kahntact toll free and local phone numbers, website and email addresses.
Gary Kahn, founder and former owner of Kahntact USA continues to be involved with the business, shifting his focus from daily business operations to sales growth of certain occupation health and medical device equipment.
